PrimeNano Technical Topic: sMIM Doping Concentration Trends We show high contrast in measurements of a doped semiconductors reference sample calibrated using SIMS. We show sMIM dC/dV measurements over a wide doping range for both n-type and p-type carriers. The doped reference sample is used to convert sMIM-C to units of log doping and then we show recent work where a NMOS power device is converted to units of log doping. Click to read more. PrimeNano will be at IPFA 2018 Singapore in July  PrimeNano is giving a talk at this year’s IPFA meeting at the Sands Hotel in Singapore, July 19, at 3:15PM. Our talk will be on Nano C-V imaging of Semiconductor Devices with Scanning Microwave Impedance Microscopy.
