PrimeNano adds CEO E.R. Weichselbaumer

to its Board of Directors

PrimeNano is pleased to announce the addition of industry veteran and CEO of PrimeNano Inc., Eduard R. Weichselbaumer to its board of directors effective July 11, 2017.

Mr. Weichselbaumer brings a very wide and deep spectrum of professional experiences to the Board. He has managed and grown companies of different sizes from startups to NASDAQ listed companies, including Semiconductor FAB’s and large chip design teams. He has served on various boards of those companies.

As of July 11, 2017, Michael Kelly is retiring from PrimeNano’s board of directors. Mr. Kelly was PrimeNano’s founding CEO and served on its board since the company’s incorporation. He was key to the company’s Microwave technology development and early success. Mr. Kelly’s long and distinguished career includes President roles of Industry companies and a Consulting Professorship at Stanford University. While Mr. Kelly is starting to enjoy his well-deserved retirement, he will continue to serve PrimeNano in a technical advisory role.
