ScanWaveTM Pro is shown to achieve 1nm resolution measuring bilayer graphene moiré patterns In a just published Nature Communications paper. The study is an collaborative effort between the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, MG, Brasil, the Instituto de Física, Universidade Federal da Bahia, Salvador, BA, Brazil and the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Tsukuba-city, Ibaraki, Japan.
