PrimeNano Inc. has become one of the fastest growing scientific instrument companies in the US. In August 2016, PrimeNano Inc. appointed Mr. Eduard R. Weichselbaumer as its CEO. He is replacing Dr. Stuart Friedman, who will assume the role of CTO. This change will allow Dr. Friedman to focus on the technology side of PrimeNano Inc. to accelerate the development and implementation of new technologies and products.
Our newly appointed CEO, Mr. Weichselbaumer, joined PrimeNano Inc. in December 2015 as COO. He was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Administration. Eduard is experienced in building and running startups from inception to NASDAQ listed companies. His startup experience spans multiple venture-funded startups all the way to building and running semiconductor companies with 6” wafer-fab and nearly 100 chip designers. His business and engineering background will help PrimeNano Inc. to accelerate growth, build a world class team, and launch new technologies and products over the next months.
Mr. Weichselbaumer stated:
